Every application is read by a person at Notturno. We are not building the largest platform — we are building one whose partners share a register. If your work belongs here, we'll be in touch inside a few days with your partner-app sign-in.
An outlet, or a personal provider
Outlets — boutiques, hotels, restaurants, ateliers — feature inside the seasonal edit when their slot comes around, and stay accessible in the library underneath. Personal providers — chefs, drivers, photographers, fitness instructors — reach travellers only when one is asked for. You choose your kind at onboarding.
One inbox, every guest
Your partner app is the only surface you keep open. Bookings, on-request enquiries, your catalogue, and the editorial face of your house — all in one place. Every traveller arrives with their name, contact, dates, and the trip their booking belongs to.
We hold the payment side. You keep the craft.
No chasing invoices, no card-decline questions, no admin between you and your guest. The settlement schedule is in your partner app from day one; we walk you through it at onboarding.

Editorial control
The partner app is a writing surface as much as it is an inbox. The etiquette tip that opens your booking notes, the catalogue copy a traveller reads before they walk in, the maison page itself — they are yours to set, in the language you would use in person.
We will, occasionally, ask for a tighter line. We will never rewrite without asking. The voice that comes through the platform is the same one a guest meets when they arrive at the door, and that is the entire point.
On our side, Ocean — the concierge — reads each traveller before any booking lands with you. The guests we send already know what they do not want; that is the whole filter. The luxury is the editing; you receive the readers, not the scroll-through. Every booking sharpens what we send next.
